Standard Free Delivery
All items are eligible for free delivery within mainland UK at mrmattress.co.uk, this is not applicable to our High Street stores. Some deliveries and postcodes may be subject to a surcharge, we will notify you if this is the case before you proceed with the order.
Please note there is a surcharge to the following postcodes which starts from £20 dependent on location and items to be delivered, you will be notified of this before we proceed with your order. This surcharge is a contribution towards the additional carrier charges incurred to deliver to these areas.
Scottish Highlands, AB, DD, PH, FK, KY, PA, IV, KW
Single, small double and double mattresses will be delivered by a one-man delivery service to your front door or the main entrance of your block of flats. If you need additional help to get your items to your room of choice, an upgraded 2-man service can be requested subject to a £25 surcharge. The one-man delivery will take place on the agreed day between 7am - 8pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) unfortunately timed slots can not be given.
Heavier items such as king-size and super king-size mattresses and divans will be upgraded free of charge to the 2-man delivery team, who will deliver to your room of choice. A three hour time slot will be given on the day prior to delivery by either text or email.
Standard delivery items will take between 2-7 days. Items that are made to order may take longer.
In the event the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with an approximate delivery lead time you may re-select to an alternative 'in-stock' item at this point.
Please do not dispose of your old bed or mattress before delivery takes place, there may be rare occasions due to circumstances beyond our control when we cannot deliver on the agreed date, we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred due to a failed or late delivery.
Next Day Delivery
If you place an order for an item available on a next day delivery, as long it is ordered within the deadline stated we will automatically organise for the next working day. Please confirm the preferred date of delivery at the checkout within the special instructions.
The item will be delivered to your front door or the main entrance to your block of flats. We will always try to contact you to confirm the details, by phone or email.
If a 'next day delivery item' is accompanied by other goods with a longer lead time we will organise one delivery at the earliest convenience, again we will contact you to confirm dates and lead times
Please note, many of our next day delivery items come direct from the manufacturer through their carrier services. Deliveries are between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) unfortunately time slots cannot be given.

We offer a 14-day return
policy from when the goods are received on purchases from mrmattress.co.uk - this is not
applicable to items purchased in-stores.
Customers wishing to cancel their order once they have received the goods must ensure that reasonable care has been taken of the goods and they are returned to mrmattress.co.uk adequately packed to ensure they will not be damaged in transit, unused in an 'as new' condition. A divan that has had the castors inserted or the transit straps removed from drawers is considered used. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of inadequate packaging or of you handling the goods more than necessary.
The customer is responsible for all transport costs, if the you wish to return the goods using our transport services that will be arranged on your behalf at an estimated charge of £65, dependent on location and items purchased, the exact amount will be confirmed on receipt of cancellation request.
Your refund will be processed minus the collection charge within 14 days of us
receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing proof of
such as pillows, mattress protectors and duvets, the customer shall
be responsible for returning the goods, and cost of return, to us via
the carrier or postage method you choose. These should be returned to us
unused, unopened and in their original packaging for obvious health
& hygiene reasons. A £5 re-stocking and
handling charge will occur per item which will be deducted from your
refund amount once the goods are back and

local delivery area we use an external carrier who do not offer this
