I ordered two adjustable beds for my paretns at 1pm on Friday 3 Sept with Gary, told him they were urgent as my father was due home from hospital the following week and therefore I needed them asap. By 8pm the same day they had been transported from Newcastle down to Keighley, West Yorkshire delivered and installed. No-one in the country could offer a better service than that! Gary was fantastic, very professional, knew his stuff and pulled out all the stops to help me get the beds as quickly as he could. The two guys who delivered them were fantastic - a comedy duo who were so funny they should be on the tv! I would recommend this company to anybody and am tempted to order something else just to have the two guys come back down and entertain me again! I will certainly use this company again.

I could not be more delighted with our new bed. We came in to the Bedding Centre around 6 weeks ago and were served by John. You listened carefully to our needs and with expertise but no pressure, steered us to a Somnus bed. Everything was handled efficiently and in an unhurried way. The delivery arrived last Thursday, efficient, polite, careful and most effective in installing the new bed. I thought I would have a nose bleed when I first climbed up on to this high, but amazing bed! I can honestly say I have had the best nights sleep ever since it arrived last Thursday, and wanted to thank you for steering us toward this firm. Please also pass on out thanks to the guys at Somnus, the bed was expensive but worth every penny.

Buying a matress is not usually the most exciting time. but Mr Matress left me feeling as if i had made a good purchase, communication was pretty quick and the phone manner and general attitude to be helpful was very good, they even offered to deliver the item to the room of my choice for no extra charges, which i felt was a very nice touch.
