All  divans and mattresses under £150 incur a £15 Delivery Charge. All divans and mattresses over £150 have Free Delivery.

Smaller items will be delivered by a one man to the door service, unless an upgraded delivery request is made subject to a £15 delivery charge.

Kingsize and superkingsize divans and mattresses will be delivered by a 2 man team, who will deliver to the room of choice. An am / pm time slot will be given 24 hours prior to delivery by either text or e-mail, (please request this when arranging your delivery day).

Our drivers can telephone you prior to delivery to let you know they are en-route so you don’t have to wait in all day, please request this when placing your order.

Standard delivery will take between 3-7 working days.

Next Day Delivery 

Next day delivery is available on most of our in-stock products at a charge of £20.  Your order must be placed by 11 a.m. Monday to Thursday.  Next day orders placed before 11 a.m on a Friday morning will be delivered Monday. (Next day delivery is subject to stock availability).

All Sleepeezee products will be delivered next day, if ordered before 11am Monday-Thursday. If ordered before 11am on Fridays it will be delivered Monday. These are boxed, rolled mattresses which will be delivered via Parcelforce. 

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery can be arranged for most of our in stock items at an additional cost of £25. This is available on a wide selection of post codes, although not offered for some rural and less populated areas at this time.

In the event the item you have ordered is sold out, we will contact you with an approximate delivery lead time, and/or offer you an alternative similar product.

Goods must be inspected on delivery and signed for as damaged if packaging is not intact.

In the unlikely event the mattress is damaged on arrival please contact us immediately and retain the original packaging, as this will be needed for return. We offer a 14 day return policy (ON THE INTERNET ONLY - not applicable to stores) and will cost £60 from mainland UK. Returns will only be accepted when packaged in the original wrapping and unused.

All delivery information and costs apply to mainland UK only.

Please note if you are out when delivery is attempted, (you will be given a specific day of your choice in advance), a card will be left by the delivery company for you to contact them/us in order to re-arrange delivery. In these cases you will incur a £30 re-delivery cost. If your allocated delivery date is no longer convenient please contact us as soon as possible and we can defer your delivery until a later date at no cost.
