Have just bought a Kaymed Sleep Spa bed from Newbridge Street Bedding and the assistant who helped me was brilliant, his name was John and there was nothing he didnt know about beds, he spent nearly 2 hours with me and my husband making sure we were happy with our choice, and we certainly have been its been a pleasure to sleep. I had forgotten what it was to get such good service in this modern world.

 I am writing to express how wonderful it was dealing with your extremely helpful member of staff Vicky. From the word go she was polite and attentive, and I felt as though nothing was too much trouble for her to arrange. She went the extra mile, contacting the manufacturer and delivery staff, to ensure my mattress was delivered on time. She even contacted me in her own time, late in the evening, to ensure I had received my order correctly. She made several calls to me to keep me informed and at all times was calm and reassuring. A big thankyou to Catherine who helped me make my final decision on which bed to choose (she has a wealth of knowledge regarding the comfort factor, all coils and springs to me). Internet site fantastic too... I have had the best nights sleep in ages and some cash still in the bank. Super deal.
